The chair that I bought from Scott Medical is awesome. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me. I lost my leg and I had another chair from another company and it was a piece of garbage. The chair I have now is worth every penny that I paid for it thank you guys. Thank you Scott Medical.
Great service awesome chair highly recommend
I’m giving this a five star review because it is kind of. It goes through Grass over sidewalk bumps without an issue. I really like it. I just think that pride the company shot themselves in a foot by putting hard plastic wheels on it. They look cheap and for some reason, it’s the first thing people notice they don’t notice the extra legroom nothing just the cheap plastic wheels but I truly do enjoy this machine it does everything I want to. It’s just that I feel it more than I should with the wheels. Other than that it’s an awesome product.
I got great advice! Fast shipping I really mean fast! Plus I love the mobility scooter! Highly recommend Scott
Very surprised at the very fast shipping. Great product. This is our second one. We were so happy with the first one that we had to add a 2nd one to our Fleet. We are really happy with the lockable storage compartment. The accessories are great. We recently took our1st one to universal studios and drove it around for 2 days (10 hours each day), before we had to charge the battery.
I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service I experienced when purchasing a Pride Mobility scooter from Scott Medical Equipment. I received my scooter in record time, and when I called with questions, they answered the phone, every-single-time! I haven't felt this good about a company and their service in many years. Highly recommend and I will do business with them again!
great people to do business with
Would buy from this seller again in a heartbeat. Fast and secure shipping. I had a question and he answered so quickly. Very nice company!
Wow what a great experience I had from start to finish with this seller. So very kind, helpful, and always responds to any questions that I had. I would not hesitate to do business again with them.
10 stars for customer service ! There were some hiccups, none due to Scott Medical. Follow-up to resolve issues was great !!!
This was the best service from seller. It came a week before the estimated delivery date. The trucking company called and verified delivery and the driver was right on time. All the products were in original manufacturers packing so I know this is definitely what I ordered. Thank you Scott for the excellent customer service.
Awesome , the seller was very prompt in answering any questions and would definitely recommend this company.
